Affective computing science attracted world-wide attention from being raised after and got great development in recent years. The current domestic study of affective computing science is lag behind the foreign countries, but a large number of academic and human source to participate in, improve the speed of the development of affective computing science and expand the scope of its application.Since metro industry entering the 21st century, with the rapid development of China’s economy and the speeding up of urbanization, urban subway project also get into a period of great development. In today’s domestic big cities, the metro rail transit has been network operation. The subway has become an important traffic tool. The passenger flow amounted to millions. In the emerging city the flow continues to grow.As the subway in the urban population plays a more and more important role in the travel activities, subway people as a emerging group shows to us. They are popularity, mainstreaming, elite.It is a group of white-collar workers, office workers.It is because of the subway people so important, and about the subway people affective computing research also almost no. Will affect the long-term development of the metro industry, affect social harmony and stability. So the research of subway people affective computing has very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper based on the observation information has carried on an exploratory study in the subway people affective computing. The first chapter discusses the background and significance of the subway people affective computing research. In the second chapter, first introduces the basic theory and method in the affective computing science. Especially the concept of group affective computing is put forward. Then according to the special environment of subway, make a scenario analysis of subway trasaction, and design the questionnaire. Get the expression characteristics and factors of the subway people emotion from the statistical survey data. At last, the subway people observation information can be divided into three categories:environmental background information, the crowd movement information, people emotional information. Chapter 3 introduces the tools and methods to get observation information of the subway people. And then puts forward the human body comfort level to calculate the pros and cons of the subway environment level, puts forward the people affective index, to calculate the subway people’s emotional state. According to the theory, Chapter 4 first calculates the affective computing results based on the actual observation data, and gives the computing technology and the architecture design of subway people affective computing system. Chapter 5 gives the conclusion of this study and its prospect.Because the subway plays an increasingly important role in urban transportation, the subway people will be more and more. In this paper the exploratory research of the subway crowd affective computing has great guilding significance to deal with possible emergencies and the emotional problems of subway people. |
