Intelligent transportation facilities in the xi city city is built with the road construction, the big project time span cause the system dispersion and old equipment failure rate is higher. Traffic command center of the xi city ever manage the equipments in traditional manual way,they arranged some people to check each system independent alarm information, and reGISt repair service manually.The poor management style has affected the traffic operation efficiency of the whole city. The fault reason tracing technology integrates system operating status information, compresses and filtes failure alarm information, implementes algorithm analysing based on the logical and physical connection relationship between inside and outside field devices, recursive lookup to find out the root causes, enhances the degree of automation to improve fault real-time monitoring. On this basis, rebuild the maintaining model, make up a specialized system with inside and outside field intelligent transportation facilities fault classification alarming,maintain processing in synergy, system resource managing all in one.The system improves equipment intact rate, provides effective protection to keep road clear and safe.First, the current situation of the xi city intelligent transportation management and the shortages of traditional management methods is analyzed in the paper, then the necessity of development of intelligent transportation management system based on the fault reason tracing technology is declared. On this basis, discuss core functions such as system operating status information collection, fault analysis, and analysis main maintaining management process such as fault repair service. Then, analysis system architecture based on the Spring+ ArcGIS Server+ Flex, and the fault real-time monitoring, collaborative management, system resource management and other core subsystem in detail design. It focuses on the fault real-time monitoring subsystem of alarm events root compression filter, recursive lookup fault traceability technology at the core of the design. Finally, analysis the system of investment benefit and market prospect.
