Abstract/Summary:
With the third generation of Energy Management System applied in China, the links of modern power system such as power generation, transmission, substation, power distribution and utilization have become the flows of power, information and business, which is a highly integrated system. Power Stable Control System, which is the second defensive line of power grid, gradually integrates with the Integrated Substation Automation System, the Relay Protection Fault Information System and the On-line Pre-decision System of Power Grid, etc. Data sharing and application integration become the development trend of power grid stable control system.This paper investigates the functional requirements of grid users on stable data management system., It introduces how to do an overall design of the new stable data management system based on the Energy Management System, and then describes the system’s software and hardware architecture, and data types. According to the characteristics of the stable data system, it gives the solution of how to realize the basic and advanced functions, and then build a series of suitable power grid model. The relationships between all kinds of model tables are illustrated clearly. At last it introduces how to build a test environment and test scheme for the new management system, which makes the implement of stable data management system standardized in construction site.Test analysis shows that the new stable data management system based on the new Energy Management System can be applied to all sizes of the information management. It provides the necessary support on behavior analysis of the stable control devices for power grid operators, also supports the grid’s operation and management. In addition, the dispatching personnel can make an accurate and quick decision for the power grid accident based on the information provided by the new system.
