With the rapid development of automobile industry, the emergence of frequent traffic accidents threaten the safety of the lives and property of our. Through the investigation and Study on the discovery of Euro-NCAP, thigh collision scores almost all vehicles are not ideal. This topic will be optimized so that it can get full marks in the Euro-NCAP crash test in the thigh for a vehicle using the principle of simulation. The main research contents are as follows:First of all, introduced on the thigh collision safety regulations Euro-NCAP the pedestrian, pedestrian thigh from collision damage mechanism and damage evaluation and other aspects of the detailed analysis of the impact of biomechanics, and further to Euro-NCAP safety regulations to make a reasonable explanation of biological mechanics collision; a detailed introduction to the LS-DYNA simulation analysis of Pedestrian Leg protection simulation after the software control theory and algorithm for collision simulation analysis theory.Then, in accordance with the requirements of modeling the finite element model of vehicle collision system, the main parts in the process of collision meshes,especially for pedestrian leg protection all the hard parts were very detailed grid processing, and in accordance with the connection mode of the real vehicle components on the vehicle model and fully in accordance with the real contact definition the car parts of the material requirements of vehicle model by the definition of material properties. In accordance with the requirements of Euro-NCAP and the two aspects of the headlight of collision system simulation analysis from the hood of the vehicle, and the corresponding analysis results.Finally, from all the listed project feasibility analysis optimization scheme design:the I will lock and a water tank on beam shift vehicle hood; II will lock and tank beam down vehicle hood; III vehicle tank beam intensity; IV vehicle engine cover plate intensity; V vehicle the headlights are weakening.
