Grow Light is a special lighting for plants to filling light under lowlight conditions. At present, it has been widely used in plant factories, greenhouses and other environment to enhanceplants productionin the unit area. However, plants have its own growth patterns, an unsuitable fill light can not reach the desired results, even lead to plant growth disorders and cuts. Therefore, it is desired to design a rational, critical and effective plant light control system, and the key implementation of the system is the control center of the system- Grow Light gateway.At present, the controlling methodsof combining Wi Fi with WSCN and the mode of remote code updating are gradually become a hot topic in the field of intelligent gateway. In this paper, researchers mainly focuses on Wi Fi module, on the basis of existing technology in the laboratory( the intelligent gateway product combing GPRS with WSCN),and takingcomponent-based software design as the guiding ideology,designs a grow light gateway named SD-GLIG, which is suitable for the environment of plant greenhouse with the function oftemperature and humidity monitoring and remote code updating. The main work is as follows:(1) This paper proposes theoverall design scheme of SD-GLIG. The scheme fully considers the cost of the system, the difficulty of design and performance, according to the functional requirements of thegateway of grow light, using existing core board, completes the selection and design of the hardware circuits,such as Wi Fi module, WSCN module, temperature and humidity sensor module and other peripheral circuit modules.(2)This paperimplements the transplantationof the underlying driver codesof Wi Fi module and streamlineethernet protocol stack named uip 1.0.In addition,thewriting and re-packagingof the underlying hardware drivers and peripheral device drivers of the master chip are also implemented.(3) This paper proposes a design schemeof remote code updating. The main contents of thisdesignscheme are: analyzing.S19 machine code file record format of master chip; designing the linked files of Boot Loader and application, and relocating interrupt vector table; designingthe communication frame format of Wi Fi-based code updating; designingthe underlying driver code of Boot Loader; extractingthe available data of.S19 file and writeingthe PC-side code ofremote code updating.(4) Designsthe test software by VS2010 and C # language, ittakesthe modes of Infra or Adhoc to access the gateway ofgrow light and apply it in greenhouses.Test results show that the design of the gateway of the grow light can basically meet the requirements of greenhouse for switching grow light timed,monitoringtemperature and humidity. In addition,it has the benefits of low cost, high communication quality, reliable code update, system stability, andhas a high marketing value.
