With the rapid economic development, energy consumption grows, energy saving and environmental protection has become the focus of various industries,In condition of conbined artificial environmental control and natural environment, It is a comprehensive new laboratory to long-term monitor and research the external building envelope thermal performance for the purpose of energy saving. Low temperature environmental testing equipment mainly create artificial environments for EEB comprehensive laboratory to more accurate test double glazing wall energy saving, the relationship of different vents and its opening area and comfort and energy saving, regenerative energy savings collector wall energy saving effect to test new venting thermal performance and ventilation performance and comfort level of clean air-conditioning systems.This article is based on building energy efficiency required for integrated laboratory requirements, the low temperature test device design and theoretical calculations(including environmental chamber cooling load and heat load calculation, calculation of mechanical equipment and piping selection, as well as uniform air flow passage cross section, outlet length and area calculations, etc.); construction design(cooling system diagram, high and low air box diagram, uniform air flow passage fabrication drawings, equipment, piping layout, schematic diagram of the control system, etc.); machinery, equipment, piping components and material procurement, construction; test and analys of low temperature environmental testing equipment.By analyzing the experimental data to verify the reasonableness and correctness of low temperature experimental device, to analys 19 control conditions chamber temperature distribution, compressor start and stop cycles, ambient room temperature control accuracy and indoor humidity. The ambient room temperature was lowered to-20℃, rose to above 40℃ by low temperature environmental testing equipment, temperature control accuracy is within±1℃, the uniform of 4 pairs louver air outlet of air flow passage is even better in different conditions, environmental chamber temperature distribute uniformly.
