III With the increasing development of the vehicle population and the transportation, traffic accident has become a serious social problem day by day. Driving fatigue is one of the most important reasons of traffic accidents, especially highway accident and nighttime rear-end accident. Therefore, in order to guide drivers safety driving and reasonable arrangement of driving time, the research of driving fatigue is urgently needed. Nowadays, most of research about driving fatigue are mainly about indoor driving analog test, which lacks tests on real time road car, especially for the research of heavy long-distance freight wagons drivers, who are the multiple group of traffic accident. In order to research driving fatigue in highway, this article take long-distance freight wagons and sedans as the presentations for the real-time road test, to analysis the fatigue driving of heavy long-distance freight wagons and sedans.Through testing the HR, reaction time and the subjective fatigue questionnaire of drivers driving heavy long-distance freight wagons and sedans drivers driving on the highway by using the theory of ergonomics, this article launches the research on drivers’ tension, fatigue comprehensive assessment value and time threshold. The results show that:(1) The drivers are more nervous when driving a truck with larger mass and size. The increasing rate of HR of the drivers who drive JIEFANG Storage grid semi-trailer is 32.9%(over 30%), which indicates that driving should be more careful and should not be kept for a long time. Driving Stake Truck has light labor level, while driving Van semi-trailer has intermediate labor level. With the increasing development of the total mass and body length of the truck, the labor level presenting with that the proportion of light labor intensity decreasing while intermediate labor level is increasing, and fatigue comprehensive assessment value increasing.(2) The text has analyzed HR standard deviation of different drivers in different time. The results show that: the time threshold is 3.0h when driving a heavy long-distance freight wagon. So it is suggest that the drivers should not keep driving over 3.0h.(3) The faster speed, the more nervous that drivers will be when driving sedans on the highway. It formed a one-dimensional non-linear regression equation and got the quadratic regression curve and quadratic regression equation about the average increasing rate of the drivers’ HR, then got the coefficient of determination which use for the test of goodness is 0.9693. Sedan drivers lied all in light level when driving with a different target speed. With the increasing of target speed, it trends that the proportion of light labor level is deceasing, but intermediate labor level is increasing, and fatigue comprehensive assessment value is increasing.(4) Through the analysis about the scores of subjective questionnaire and the standard deviation of HR of drivers with different target speed, we can get the safety threshold of drivers is 3.5h when driving with the speed of 80km/h and 95km/h, and 3.0h when driving with a speed of 110km/h.Through conclusion of the article, we can provide the theoretical basis to arrange the driving time when driving large vehicles or small cars run on the highway, preventing fatigue driving.
