At present,The large load-carrying vehicle overload inspection generally has adopted the fixed-point detection method,and the loadometer or other ground weighing equipment has been used to check in the setting of checkpoint, This method of fixed point inspection inspection vehicle overload exists consuming time, resource needs and inefficiency,especially for the very high omission rate.Aiming point detection method currently checks for large heavy truck overloading has been widely used, The paper has designed a large heavy truck load dynamic monitoring system.Load dynamic monitoring system of vehicle is a closed system mounted on the vehicle,running in an setting procedures, weighing the running Load vehicle, and processing,storaging, and managing the weighing data.The inspectors can always call the vehicle load weighing recording data in the system for a set period of time,and sequentially determines whether or not overloading.The system is independent with vehicle, and the recorded data can be encrypted output via USB serial.Firstly,the function design of the system has been analyzed. On this basis, the overall scheme of vehicle dynamic load monitoring system has been designed. The core chip of the control system of STC15F2K60S2 was chosen as the test system. The schematic design of system hardware,such as the minimum system of STC15F2K60S2, Weighing sensor circuit, Signal conditioning circuit, A/D conversion circuit, Key display circuit and Communications interface circuits etc have been completed in this paper.Then it has completed the schematic design of system Software Which including the main program, Serial port interrupt service subroutine, data acquisition subroutine, Key display subroutine and Weight scale conversion subroutine.Vehicle dynamic load monitoring system need multiple sensors to test. It analyzes the problem of multi-sensor data fusion model. The multi-sensor data fusion technology is applied to dynamic vehicle load monitoring system. Create a system model of multi-sensor data fusion.The Recording system of heavy vehicles and record data have been completed based on the Lab VIEW.After,The simulation debugging and testing of the vehicle dynamic load monitoring system have been completed in the laboratory. Which were of different situations of the pavement to record the data which the vehicle empty and load.Then the data. Has been recorded and compared, The experiments has demonstrated that this test system meets the technical requirement in function and performance index and achieve the desired purpose.
