Vacuum circuit breaker is an important switching device which used to connecting,breaking power line load and all kinds of short circuit fault of, it is widely used in electric power system. With the progress of science and technology and development of national economy, the requirement of power supply quality and stability of power system is more and more high, while will propose more stringent requirements on relay protection performance of transmission and distribution lines. This paper carried out the research of similar products at home and abroad,summarizing the advantages and disadvantages, then developed a processor based on ARM architecture, while set the measurement, display,protection, communication in one circuit breaker intelligent controller system. According to the design needs of circuit breaker controller, in this paper, we can write from four aspects, such as the measurement algorithm, the protection algorithm, the controller hardware design, the real-time operating system transplanting and applications writing.On the protection algorithm, this paper analyzes the different mathematical model of power grid parameters, using an anti-DC component of the full-wave attenuation Fourier algorithm for power grid parameters calculating. Then making a detailed analyzed on protection algorithms, such as the three-current protection, ground fault protection, voltage protection.On the hardware circuit, this paper determine the structure of STM32F103ZET6 as the core processor, designing hardware circuit module from the overall system function,such as the MCU circuit, power circuit control, data acquisition module, ADC port clamping circuit, a GPS positioning module, network communication interface,human-computer interaction module. And introduce in detail on the realization and the design method of the function of the hardware circuit module.On the embedded system software, we transplant the μC/OS-II real-time operatingsystem with open source code, simple structure, good portability and can be tailored, then Complete hardware platform for operating system and the underlying drivers of migration,writing applications base on building a software platform. Except the main function, the software system is also creating six permanent memory task include A/D conversion tasks,three-current protection algorithm tasks, network communication tasks, Fourier algorithm task, GPS positioning tasks and keyboard and display tasks, then Sequentially dispatching according to priority scheduling and resource consumption, and functional debugging.Finally, we complete the prototype hardware production and software debugging base on the laboratory equipment, realizing the circuit breaker control, Ethernet communication,circuit breakers positioning and other functions. Experimental results show that the proposed system can meet the design requirements and achieve the design goal.
