This paper introduces sychronous closing simulation of12KV monostable permanentmagnetic actuator of vacuum circuit breaker intelligent control system research and design,developed for distribution power system circuit breaker intelligent control unit, at the same timeis adopted in controller of synchronous closing technology and GPRS wireless communicationtechnology, reduce the closing process of the transient overvoltage and inrush current and therealization of vacuum circuit breaker intelligent protection, remote monitoring and centralizedmanagement.On the analysis of the vacuum circuit breaker development background and synchronousclosing technology on the premise of vacuum circuit breaker overall and monostable permanentmagnet organization structure, working principle is analyzed. The use of MATLAB in theSimulink simulation circuit breaker closing capacitor load, no-load transformer and no-load lineload transient overvoltage, inrush current situation and put forward the corresponding controlstrategy. The circuit breaker control device hardware is manufactured by TI companyFMS320F2812DSP processor, with real time detection, synchronous closing control, protectionand GPRS wireless communication functions. Given the hardware circuit design, structure,modular on the composition of the hardware circuit of each module are designed and analyzed,determine the peripheral function unit design principle and the concrete circuit diagram of unit.The software also adopts the modular design concept, control program using C language andassembly language mixed programming of GPRS PC monitoring interface, using C#languageprogramming, shorten the cycle and good efficiency in the implementation process. The last partof the research process in electromagnetic compatibility problems, in the aspects of hardwareand software are analyzed and discussed, and the design problems and the future developmenttrends are summarized and the prospect.
