Asphalt pavement rutting is a common disease,the actual road performance shows that the rutting disease of high temperature region is still very serious even if fully in accordance with the current specification of asphalt pavement design requirements for designing.Complex natural environment directly lead to the damaging of pavement structure and sharply increasing of disease,reduce the pavement performance and service life,result in huge economic losses and social influence.This paper studies the track disease of Expressway Asphalt Pavement in high temperature and rainy climate environment in Guangxi,combining relevant parameters from the field investigation and laboratory test of Nanyou,Bailuo,Pingzhong three highway locally.the evaluation method of structural type of mixture with the pavement core samples for the mix design stage to strictly control the gradation design,combined with the calculation of aggregate gradation Bailey, CAVF method etc.When used for Marshall specimens to be assessed,marshall tryout to replace the capacity of the cylinder to reduce the measurement error.Using the finite element software analysis the pavement rutting of four different combinations pavement.with rutting comparison of mixed and Semi rigid base asphalt pavement,through reasonable structure design.the former rut depth is smaller and rutting better performance,as the rut depth of A pavement structure smaller than D with 1.57mm.after demonstration that it can reduce the surface cracks of asphalt pavement.improve internal drainage and the stability and durability of asphalt pavement,reduce post-repair and maintenance costs,also can not caused more serious rutting because of the shear failure,that made of cement stabilized gravel subbase,graded gravel for the transition layer,coupled with large size asphalt macadam mixture layer mixed asphalt pavement structure.In the surface layer of asphalt pavement is a main aspect of rut deformation.B, C two kinds of structure of intermediate level of the proportion accounted for 71.6% and 75.2% in the simulation results. Simulation results coincide with practical experience theory.At the same time in contrast to the previous mainly used accelerated loading test and full scale test to study rutting, these all need to spend a lot of time and money,by using computer simulation technology can reduce these pressures.and provide a new research direction for the construction of high speed highway asphalt pavement in our country.
