| The construction industry is the important material production sector of the national economy, belonging to the third industry. The construction industry has close relationship with the development of national economy and the improvement of people’s life. China is still in the primary stage of socialism from the low income countries to middle-income countries, the construction industry growing rapidly and having a great contribution to national economic growth during this period. Since the reform and open policy, the construction market scale have been expanding continually and the domestic construction industry output value have increased by 30 times.the added value of the construction sector accounts for the proportion of gross domestic product from 2.4% to 7%, having become an important force for rapid growth of national economy. Like many other industries, the primary task of the construction industry is to maximize their profits, reducing costs will undoubtedly become the only effective choice.This paper first started from the related theory of construction project cost control, analyzing the structure, method of project cost control. Then this paper analyzed and stated the new training building engineering of ABC Hebei branch built by Beijing Six Construction Company cost control situation, so as to find the presence of project cost control problems and weak links. Secondly, the paper analyzed of the causes of agricultural science and technology training building project cost control. Finally, we proposed to the level advice of improving the science building engineering project cost control:improving understanding of cost control, establishing and perfecting cost management system, conducting the whole process of cost control, and putting forward suggestions from the control, organization, technology, economy and contract level. These proposals show an important role of project cost control and hope to help enterprises to improve the level of cost control. |
