With the deepening of underground buildings, requirements of the construction environment and building sites are increasingly stringent, therefore reverse construction process has been greatly used. Compared to the common process, reverse process can well solve the foundation pit construction of long duration, reduce impact on the surrounding environment, reduce pit expensive problems. In recent years, the introduction of reverse construction specifications on reverse construction play a guiding role, and reverse construction technology in China has been developing rapidly, which means that the reverse process has entered a new stage. Due to the complexity of reverse technique, the reverse still has a lot of problems need to be solved in construction applications. The reverse process in theory and practice in technology, there are still a lot of unknown urgent aspects need to be explored, and it can provide comprehensive analysis by means of continuous exploration research.This article aims to provide a guiding role on reverse process design and implementation, and daguan road, Gongshu district, Hangzhou business district to reverse construction of the Foundation pit of the Canal was studied deeply, for the study of reverse play a valuable role. Main tasks are as follows:(1)Based on the basic concept of reverse, the paper analyzes the difference between reverse construction technology and common construction technology, and sum up the reverse construction method’s application and development prospect of technology both at home and abroad, and so on.(2) Study on the reverse design and the calculation system, including design and excavation process of underground continuous wall, diaphragm wall in Earth pressures values on both sides, basement floor support beam in the design of the model and interior support columns bearing capacity calculation as well as inverse design of each node.(3) Finite element analysis is discussed in detail, and investigate the rational use of the reverse construction. Mark road, Gongshu district, Hangzhou was established based on ANSYS software reverse engineering of Foundation pit of Canal business district finite element model and numerical simulation studies.(4) Based on the information construction in Hangzhou Gongshu District mark Road Canal business district Reversed pit engineering, making the monitoring and analysis on soil deep pit horizontal displacement, surface surrounding pit subsidence, support axial force, pit surrounding groundwater level and Diaphragm Wall’s vertical and horizontal displacement monitoring data, and compare it with the numerical simulation and then making a conclusion.
