Business plays an important role in the economic development of the city, who can improve the comprehensive strength of the city in the international confrontation, so commercial network planning has become particularly important in city planning section.The development of modern business is an important manifestation of the rapid development of social economy. The improvement of people’s living standards and the rapid development of national economy which reflects the role of the modern business on economic development. According to the survey, the commercial development of the national economic growth rate is in 12% to 15% in the western developed countries, and as a developing country, China is currently less than 7%. The main reason is that business is still mainly in the traditional mode of operation in China, whose commercial facilities is relatively backward; The construction is obsolete, and most business efficiency is not high; Most of the traditional business management methods and management methods are backward. In addition, City commercial network planning is beginning in recent years in China, whose theoretical basis is relatively low and don’t make a planning unified for the construction of commercial network. so as to cause the distribution of city commercial outlets is not balanced and urban and rural commercial system is not perfect, the business hierarchy is not clear at the present stage of our country.According to the current situation of China’s commercial development, this paper is based on the basic theory and related theories, and advanced experience in related research at home and abroad as the breakthrough point, then analysis the current situation of China’s modern commercial network planning and the existing problems. I make a analysis for the influence mechanism of modern commercial network planning, then put forward the core content of modern commercial network planning, make the grade commercial outlets designated as municipal business center, business center and residential district level commercial district. The paper puts forward the modern commercial network planning "modernization" measures and the corresponding countermeasures finally, put forward to establish a complete and perfect practical modern planning system clearly, make up the business forms, business image, business function, business philosophy, business culture and business technology, realize the agreement with the commercial and industrial layout, network shopping. Then I make our graduate students during the preparation of the "Zhuozhou city commercial network planning" as an example to guide the practical application.This paper aims to study achievements to promote the planning and construction of modern city, and plays a guiding role for the commercial outlets of construction of the modern city and the development of the commercial outlets.
