With China’s sustained rapid economic development and urbanization process step by step, urban transport problems, especially traffic congestion and environmental pollution is worsening, the priority development of urban public transport in most cities gradually become the consensus in the development of transport development strategy. In lane urban expressway relying on public transport because of fast, high carrying capacity, the advantages of small investment to get a promotion. Due to lack of planning and design level of restrictions and operational management level and other reasons, the actual operation of BRT in the lower level of service falls short of expectations; while at the same time, urban public transport systems have become increasingly demanding quality of service, resulting in a lack of attractiveness of bus rapid transit system, carrying capacity has not been fully realized. Rapid transit service levels, especially the major influence in-depth study of factors contribute to make targeted improvements to increase the attractiveness of BRT, bus share rate increase.
