| This paper proposes a safety evaluation method of tunnel construction process based on extensive research of literature, Many Information forewarn and safety Guarantee System(MIGS) measured data of Qianshi Tunnel, Nancun Tunnel, Baojiashan Tunnel, Daxing Metro Tunnel and accidents of highway tunnel construction. There are many research methods include site acquisition, theoretical analysis, laboratory experiments and numerical simulation. On the basis of study on tunnel construction risk and the application of MIGS on Tou Daoxue Tunnel, research various safety evaluation methods of highway tunnel construction. There are some achievements:â… Analyzes the current situation and problems of tunnel safety evaluation through the past tunnel construction accident. Compares various safety evaluation method of tunnel construction, sums up the characteristics of the applicable conditions and limitations of each method. There are two main limitations, on the one hand, the acquisition of construction information is not comprehensive, timely and evaluation lags, on the other hand, the evaluation results are influenced by human subjective. Proposes a safety evaluation method of tunnel construction process by analysis.â…¡ There are three aspects of tunnel construction risk factors, people, equipment and environment, on this basis, build a tunnel construction process safety evaluation index system to achieve dynamic evaluation and to identify specific sources of risk. With the continuous collection of information, the system can predict construction risk based on the data trends and workers can response timely. This is an effective way to solve evaluation lags of other evaluation methods.â…¢ In order to achieve automatic evaluation, build the indexes which are easy to collect, quantify and points clear. Analyzes the relationship between various factors, resolves complex risk issues. Calculates the risk factor weights through pairwise comparison of a number of sub-factors. This approach facilitates post-correction, it can be modified for different tunnel project and it expands the usability evaluation methods.â…£ Evaluates Tou Daoxue Tunnel construction with MIGS and the result is blue warning, then analyze this result, compare result and actual situation. Finally, the comparison indicates that the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation. The main risk is environment factors. Further enhances the accuracy and reliability of the risk warning by compare verification, simulation and post-correction. |
