Research Of Construction Technology In Gas Film Thin Shell Reinforced Concrete Structure

In recent years, with the development of economy and the increasing shortage of resources, the country has put forward higher requirements on the aspects of resources, environmental protection, cost etc.. In response to national policy, making full use of the funds in the limited space, a kind of new structure form is in urgent need. Under this conditions, the construction is of large volume and beauty shape. In the construction process,the construction has the green environmental protection and reduce construction cost inputs.Film thin shell reinforced concrete structure is a kind of large span space structure developed in the middle of the 20th century,which has good seismic performance and mechanical properties. It has changed the traditional construction technology, and it has lots of advantages:good mechanical characteristics and durability and sealing effect, beautiful appearance, small occupation area, short construction period, large storage space, high filling coefficient, good anti-seismic and anti hurricanes and other natural disasters ability. It is a new technology and can be widely used in electric power, coal, grain, cement, chemical industry.At present, film thin shell concrete structure construction technology is still in primary stage.The study and application of film thin shell concrete structure const ruction technology in the construction phase is even not mature. Domestic resear ch on construction technology of film thin shell concrete structure is less,which can’t be valued fully. So,it needs overall studies of film thin shell concrete structure construction technology.This paper is based on extensive references and engineering examples. Firstly, through in-depth analysis of the construction technology of film thin shell concrete structure, mainly includes four aspects:the gas film sub divisional works, polyurethane sub divisional works, rebar sub divisional works, structure layer reinforced concrete sub divisional works. Finally, the construction technique of the current advantages are summarized and puts forward the pointed development suggestions, which has certain theory value and practical significance.
