Based on the classical-hydrodynamics of free-jet-turbulence-theory and the authors'two assumptions of the flowing state of the spray fluid, this paper using the dimensional analysis method to establish the velocity distribution function of the spray fluid.Using constant-variation-method to solve the velocity distribution function's first-order linear non-homogeneous differential equation, obtained the velocity distribution function of the spray fluid. Based on this function, we made an analysis of the velocity distribution of the spray fluid, and then compared the simulation results with experimental results coming from other researcher, the result showing that the velocity distribution function is in good agreement with the actual. After we find out the velocity distribution function, by using the law of Conservation of Mass and Momentum, and setting the spray velocity, spray height and the area of the heater of the spray system, we calculate out the Spray Liquid-film's velocity and thickness distribution. The results indicate that the Liquid-film at the center of the heater will have a crowning with diameter about 5mm. The flowing state of the liquid-film at this area is very bad.Based on the velocity distribution and thickness distribution function of the Liquid-film, established a mathematical model to simulate and calculate the Liquid-film's Force Convection and Heat flux. The result indicate that the more close to the center of the heater the lower the density of heat flux, the more close to the edges of the heater the higher the density of heat flux. The heat flux at the edges of the heater will be up to 106W/m2。...
