| With the rapid development of high-rise buildings in the city, it has been widely used in our country. The height of buildings are more and more high and the size of buildings are more and more complicated,and then the accuracy and the tightness of the design are increasingly high demanded. And being the significantly important part of analysis model of the high-rise buildings, the partial fixing is directly related to the coincidence degree between the calculating model of structure and the actual stress state of engineering. And so,the choose of partial fixing being accurate or not will directly affect the accuracy of the design results and even.For the partial fixing selection, many domestic and foreign experts have pay them attention to it. However, it did not come to a unified conclusion because of many factors. Most experts agree that block solid layer of the lateral stiffness and the adjacent upper lateral stiffness ratio is the main factor that affects the partial fixing selection. More than one Chinese code makes relative regulation to the choice of the partial fixing. However, the concept of the partial fixing is not clear and the regulations of codes are contradictory to each other, which leads designers and researchers being more confused to the partial fixing. This article will use the plane model and spatial model of the two models and using the SAP2000 and SATWE of the two different software to analyze and discuss the partial fixing of the high-rise buildings.This article will discuss and analyze the following aspects:(1) No basement, the basement(basement and the basement with relevant range) two aspects to qualitatively analyze the partial fixing and draw a conclusion;(2) Comparison effect of different position of the partial fixing to the structure calculation index(Period, Displacement and Lateral stiffness ratio) and internal forces(Bending moment, Shear, Axial force);(3) Using software to analyze the restriction effect of backfill on structure, and at the same time getting the method for determining of M.(4) Changing the external expansion number of the basement and comparing and analyzing the lateral stiffness of the different ranges of the basement and analyzing the contradiction of the relative regulation of codes;(5) Quoting the related provisions of codes and analyzing uncertainty of the codes on the partial fixing. |
