| The realization of Substation intelligent application is based on the effective integration of various types of information within the substation. IEC 61850 standard laid a foundation to achieve interoperability between substation equipment, at the same time also provided the basis for substation information standardization modeling. Substation-oriented intelligent application research is endless, in order to ensure the sustainable development of substation intelligent research, we need to consider establishing a intelligent data service platform of substation to implement the data integration. On this basis, the research on advanced application functions such as intelligent alarm will be more effective. The specific research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, the intelligent data service platform of substation is designed. The software architecture of platform’s communication gateway is designed in detail, and the method of mapping between IEC 60870-5 and IEC 61850 is proposed. We make use of communication gateway to package IEDs unable to conformed to IEC 61850 (referred to as conventional IED), that can make the conventional IED compatible to IEC 61850 communication system, achieve interoperability between different IED manufacturers. Complete a smooth transition from the original non IEC 61850 system to the IEC 61850 system. Configuration tool of data service platform can automatically generate substation uniform configuration model (SCD) file, maps SCD model into CIM model and realize the sharing of modeling between master station and substation.The platform will unify and simplify the substation data source and form unique basis data and information to realize the interaction and sharing of the station information in a standard way.Secondly, the related research of intelligent alarm system has been carried on. After the implementation of unmanned substation, all of the information are collected to the monitoring center and shown according to the time sequence. Because various signal moves frequently, monitoring tasks are relatively heavy for people who are on duty, and they are very easy to miss important warning signal. Therefore, we need to install a set of intelligent alarm system in the substation monitoring system to integrate and filter the alarm information, classify information that can make them display in different pages and assist operation staff in transformer substation to carry out fault diagnosis and treatment. We treate the alarm information by using the method of combining expert system with state machine in this paper:for a single alarm information, reasoning using a single alarm information repository to draw the fault reason and give treatment method; for integrated alarm events, using a finite state machine (referred to as the state machine) to model the alarm sequence, using substation accident report to optimize state machine diagram,by optimizing the processing of the state machine diagram, interference signal such as false positives, or refusing to report is handled effectively in substation site. In the end, the type of fault is diagnosed. Therefore, the state machine has certain fault tolerance capability.Finally, the reasoning algorithm of state machine which is used in engineering application of QingLin 1127 line in Hangzhou is introduced. The alarm information of the QingLin 1127 line is modeled, the state machine diagram of the line is drawn combined with the professional knowledge, and the state machine diagram is optimized according to the accident report. When the QingLin 1127 line goes wrong, the alarm information is brought into the state machine diagram which is optimized, then we can get the fault reasons that are given in the form of standards, and verify the correctness and rationality of the use of state machine. |
