| Urine sediment analysis mainly referred to detecting the urine samples of visible components (red blood cells, white blood cells, crystal, tube, etc.) to determine the type of tangible components and to estimate their number, compared with the standard data. Traditional analysis method mainly relied on manual operation of medical staff. Urine samples were observed with a low magnification objective lens to be tested whether there were visible components or not and then converted to high magnification objective lens to be detected. Such method wasted time and manpower and it was difficult to achieve standardization because of the higher probability of error checking. With the development of electronic and computer technology, automated urine sediment analysis became a trend, while foreign equipment was more expensive and domestic equipment had low detection efficiency and difficulties to adapt to China’s national situations. Urine sediment analyzer design lacked theory and analysis, so that it had important theoretical and practical value to develop an automatic, high efficient and inexpensive equipment.In this paper, structure design and thermal analysis were taken as the research priority and had been completed considering the whole structure, thermal design, electromagnetic compatibility, corrosion, appearance and other factors based on SolidWorks and Icepak. The main work were as follows:This thesis firstly researched the basic principle of the urine sediment detection and used the way of microscope examination to analyze the urine samples. In and Out System was used to deliver test tube racks and Microscope System to achieve sample focus and automatic camera taking, while Piping System was able to transport the sample from the test tube to count pool. The modern sensor had been applied to traditional machinery manufacturing, such as STM32F103VET6 microcontroller as control chip detection system.This paper completed mechanical design of automatic urine sediment analyzer that included In and Out System, Microscope System, Piping System and Cabinet System with SolidWorks software considering EMC, corrosion effect, strength and other aspects. The reasonable movement logic and scheme were determined based on the selection of stepping motors, lead screw motors, belts and a variety of sensors and other components through a combination of theoretical calculations and actual situation. Three and two dimensional drawings that indicating design and processing requirements were finished by SolidWorks.Cabinet was used to install and protect each components, PCBs, mechanical parts and others in the urine sediment analyzer. This thesis obtained temperature contours, velocity vectors, pressure contours and other types of post results with the selection of cabinet materials and rational arrangements of the various heating elements depending on Icepak. Post results that achieved can verify whether the cabinet structure reasonable or not, and optimize the design of cooling vents and power. Finally the best cooling effect was get under the control of expenditure and labor. |
