Urine analysis is one of the important methods in clinical medical testing,which is of great significance for the detection of the human urinary system and can prevent and diagnose many diseases.The urine analyzer is the main instrument for detecting the urinary system in hospitals and at homes.By detecting the physical and chemical properties of human urine,it can quickly reflect whether the human urinary tract and kidney are normal or not,and make important judgments on the diagnosis and reexamination of the disease.However,urine analyzers in large hospitals are generally expensive and large in size,so they are not suitable for small clinics or families.The miniaturized and portable urine analyzer has become the trend of future development and is gradually favored by people.Based on the problems above,this study aims to design a portable urine analyzer,which has the advantages of low cost,low power consumption,portability,and can transmit information between the mobile terminal and the instrument terminal.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the hardware part of the urine analyzer is designed and implemented: the hardware part is mainly composed of the main control module,color recognition module,transmission module,Bluetooth module,display module and power supply module.The main control module is the core,and the color recognition module,which is composed of a color sensor and an LED white light,is the main detection module.The transmission module is operated by a stepping motor dragging the test paper card slot.Secondly,the operating software part of the urine analyzer is designed and implemented: with the consideration of the influence of human-computer interaction,the operating software is designed with an interface that is convenient for the user to operate;the urine detection algorithm is optimized and accurate detecting results are got.In addition,the need of mobile terminal application is analyzed and the interface of it is designed.Lastly,after assembly and debugging of the urine analyzer,the external dimensions of the instrument are 126mm*74mm*32mm,which reduces the volume and is more portable.The accuracy of urine analyzer and its susceptibility to contamination were tested.The accuracy test was carried out 10 times with negative control liquid and positive quality control liquid respectively.The test results show that in the positive quality control liquid experiment,the accuracy rate of the remaining ten test results is more than 90% except for nitrite;in the negative nature liquid control experiment,the accuracy rate of the other ten test results is 90% the above.Carrying pollution experiments showed that there was no cross contamination..In general,the portable urine analyzer designed in this study is small,easy to carry,and can realize information transmission between the Bluetooth module and the corresponding mobile terminal,which is convenient for users to view the test results at any time.With high use value,it is suitable for small clinics and individuals.
