As a new navy equipment, submarine-launch vehicle has played a more andmore important role in a war. Submarine-launch vehicle has a good hiding, highmobility, a large sudden attack and other characteristics,.Compared with normalvehicle, launching the vehicle under the water goes through out tube, travellingunder water and out water,then start the engine to fly in the air. To make sure ofsuccessful launching, the key is to research the change of fluid dynamics and forceeffected by multiphase flow.This paper take numerical simulation modeling to research the effect of vehiclecavity exhaust on launching under water,which is the foundation of improving thelaunching under water by controling cavity exhaust.Firstly, on the same motion condition, simulate the phenomenon of underwatervehicle cavity exhaust by changing structure parameters of shouder tailpipe rings.Then, taking the reasonable tailpipe ring structure and simpled model, overrallprocess numerical simulation of launching the vehicle under the water, duringwhich the out tube,traveling and out water are all considered,is established. Finally,Compared the resualt of numerical simulation, the effet of cavity echaust on theprocess of out tube,traveling under the water and out water respectively isresearched.
