The electric power system, as a national foundation of economy and security, how to improve substation project construction management level, formulate a reasonable construction organization program to improve construction quality and efficiency, and ensure that regional electricity safety, and stability of the run, all these should be paid great attention to.This article is based on Chengfeng’s 110,000 volt substation construction organization design, according to the actual conditions of Daqing, using organizational management, quality management, and security management methods and theory, at the same time reference excellent domestic and foreign construction organizations design, combined with Chengfeng’s 110,000 volt substation construction plan, makes a detail substation construction organization design.
