| Urban enchantment is an expression of cultural connotation construction and development, including continuation of the urban culture, the development of the comprehensive competitiveness, the improvement of the urban function and the people’s life quality, which can be achieved through the establishment of the urban space based on its features. And thus, the city enchantment can be presented to the public. This paper proposed an urban planning method, construction principle and spatial system layout as well as implementation strategy using to promote the enchantment of Changchun urban space, which hopefully would play a positive effect on the Changchun urban enchantment spatial system establishment and implementation in future.The thesis was divided into six sections; the research purpose, content and framework were illustrated in the first section, and some foreign cases of the enchantment urban space establishment and current situation, showing a future development direction, were analyzed in this section as well. In the second section, the enchantment urban feature, function, component factor and evaluation system were illustrated significantly including the introduction of the enchantment city concept. And in the third section, the planning method and constructing principle for promoting the enchantment of a city were stated, which can be used as a basic theory and technical support for further studying the Changchun enchantment urban space. The fourth, fifth and sixth sections were the main parts of the thesis. Combining the comprehension of the local relevant legislations and local resources, a constructing scope, basis and purpose as well as guiding ideology of Changchun enchantment urban spatial system were determined firstly according to the analysis of the local urban space current situation and development in the three sections. Moreover, the enchantment spatial system layout including the Central Activity Zone, Eastern Complex Ecosystem Functional Zone and Western Recreational Belt Around Metropolises were mentioned and connected through the landscape avenue, rapid landscape road, slow walking street and rapid rail transit, which was proposed to form a fully cover network of the enchantment urban space. The plan of Changchun old town vitality, the golden outer ring, the green city and the enchantment street as well as the enchantment zone construction, the key project determination and the enchantment joint imagination were significant illustrated in the thesis as well. However, the policy, consensus and operating guarantee were the necessary factors to guarantee the establishing of the enchantment space in Changchun city. |
