With the rapid development of the construction market in recent years, this market also becomes increasingly competitive: new types of buildings come one after another, hence their energy conservation has received increasing attention throughout the world. In China, the new energy-saving building has become the "new economic growth point" of construction industry,in which by investing intelligent devices of buildings can greatly reduce building energy consumption. Among them, the research of electrical automation equipment inside the building, as well as communication automation, office automation all contribute to the major technical strength of the building automation. This paper mainly studies the applications of building automation equipment in energy efficiency implementation, generally targeting power distribution, air conditioning, heating, ventilation and other facilities. In this paper, the author takes energy consumption in the original building equipment as a research object, to conduct transformation of power distribution, lighting, air conditioning, fans, pumps and other large energy-consuming systems, using modern sensor technology, communication technology and control technology for centralized control over buddings equipment. The paper aims at actual project to exemplify the energy data before the transformation, then adopts advanced control technology to transform this project, measures and records the energy data after the transformation, using the data collected to validate the energy-saving effectiveness of advanced technology in the actual project, hence making a modest contribution to the energy-saving topic in widespread concern.
