With the development of economy, social civilization and constantly improve, people on the requirements of library building is also in constant change.This thesis takes the actual project the Liaodong Bay district library building design the author participated in as the research background, focuses on the creative process of Liaodong Bay District Library external morphology, interior space, architectural details etc, by combining theory with practice, analysis and summary of design considerations in the process of the problem, to explore the theoretical guiding principle with the on the architectural creation, in order to provide valuable reference for research and practice related to the later.
