With the rapid development of smart grid of electrical equipment in power system of our country, the intelligent requirements for electrical equipment in the power system gradually improve. Circuit breaker as the main power system protection equipment, factors such as its intelligent, high speed and reliability are directly affects the normal operation of the smart grid. As the conventional circuit breaker cannot have satisfied the demand of the power system intelligent open circuit, a kind of fast repulsion of circuit breaker on the basis of the principle of eddy current arises at the historic moment. This kind of circuit breaker had faster opening/closing speed. It not only can quickly cut off the fault lines, but also realize the phase selection operation to reduce the operating overvoltage and inrush current of the system, thus greatly improve the reliability of power system.By using the Permanent magnetic actuator with high reliability, strong controllability characteristics and electromagnetic repulsion mechanism with the characteristics of fast movement speed and small touches time, a kind of based on monostable permanent magnetic mechanism and double coil repulsion mechanism of 10/35 kV split-phase breaker was designed.Through theoretical analysis, the mathematical model of the quick mechanism was put forward in the paper, on this basis, by using the Ansys Maxwell electromagnetic field simulation software to establish the finite element model of rapid organization and the static and dynamic simulation analysis has been carried on. To guarantee institutions accord with standard of industrial product design and mechanical strength and improve the power efficiency of electromagnetic force, Ansys simulation was used on the whole institution to make a series of optimization.Simulation of repulsion mechanism found that the outer garment of repulsion of pure iron and pure iron-repulsion coil framework of epoxy resin composite material can not only increase the mechanical strength, but also have the effect of magnetic field coupling which has greatly increased the output efficiency of electromagnetic repulsion. Simulation of permanent magnet agency found that:based on the optimization design to shape and structure of armature, under the condition of invariable volume, closing retention force was significantly improved and the impact of the armature on the organization was greatly reduced in the process of closing. The main factors that influenced the closing movement was closing coil electrical parameters was also summarized; the increasing of the coil of wire diameter and reducing the coil number of turns can effectively reduce the closing time.An in-depth research based on the problem of circuit breaker has long closing bounce time was done. Firs, carried on the theoretical analysis of closing bounce, the main factors influencing the closing bounce were summarized. After that the collision model of closing bounce was built up by using Adams kinematics simulation software, the simulation analysis and verification were carried out. On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation design the double side spring buffer system and oil pressure switch buffer device were designed to inhibit rapid circuit breaker closing bounce.At the end of the paper, based on the simulation, the industrial test of 10 kV split-phase circuit breaker prototype was created and the correctness of the simulation was verified. The experiment compared the double side spring buffer device and oil pressure switch buffer device, finally, the paper selected the oil pressure switch buffer device was uesd to inhibit the closing bounce successfully. Eventually in electricity test station of high-capacity high-voltage electrical appliances of The Research Institute the type test including insulation test, mechanical test, temperature rise test, dynamic thermal stability test and a full range of short circuit and open circuit test were carried out successfully.
