With the development of the intelligent city, the government puts forward higher requirements on city bus technology. The information processing problems related to bus system is now becoming one of the hot spot researches. A lot of related technology researches had been done in both hardware and software area, such as GPS and BeiDou navigation positioning. But as for the smart city, the center cannot obtain the bus detailed information. The bus dispatching center can’t make a real-time adjustment. The scheduling decisions are limited to the line scheduling. Traffic forecast is guessing and estimation from previous data. The system is not intelligence and real-time.This paper introduces the behavior model into the intelligent transport system. The system is based on the theory of behavior analysis and builds the vehicle behavior model by analyzing the action of vehicles in operation process. The sensor module extracts the vehicle current behavior characteristic data, such as speed, the open and shut off of the door, current GPS location data, the real-time number of passengers. These behavioral characteristics data is used to determine the behavior of the vehicle model. The dispatching center formulates the corresponding control and management scheme according to the behavior model so as to improve the city bus intelligent and flexibility and make the management of vehicles more effective and convenient.Behavior patterns include passenger behavior patterns and vehicle behavior patterns. Passenger behavior pattern recognition determines the car’s toad by analyzing the real-time passenger behavior model However, the existing vehicle load measurement is not accurate and cannot well meet the needs of behavior pattern recognition This paper built the passenger behavior model by the analysis of the behavior patterns when passengers are boarding and used a variety of sensors to extract the characteristics the behavior of passengers, such as the change of the pressure, the distance between passengers and vehicle, the face toward. The system classified the characteristics of the data and defined the behavior of the passengers, and then completed the real-time measurement. In order to improve the real time,accuracy and intelligence of city bus, this paper technology designed the grouping management scheme for the city bus lines and the vehicle based on IPv6 multicast management to make the management of the city bus system more convenient. The design can control vehicle data transmission by determining the vehicle behavior mode. Experiments show that this design of passenger numbers measurement has the accuracy of 90% or more. And the design of the vehicle data transmission by determining the vehicle behavior mode can reduce the channel utilization rate obviously. The system can provide accurate and real-time data support to the city public transport intelligent dispatching center to make the public transportation system management more convenient and lays a foundation for the intelligent city bus.
