Deep-hole grouting technology is being more and more widely used in the field of building engineering and hydraulic engineering and traffic engineering, especially in the area of Metro engineering。The deep-hole grouting technology can reinforce soil with high efficient,economic and reliable.Although deep-hole grouting technology has carried out a number of projects, and gives full play to the unique role, but because of the specific projects are based on specific geological and environmental conditions, the engineering experience and research results lack universality, generality and performance. Therefore, there are many differences between the current study of deep-hole grouting and engineering application, the significance to engineering is very limited.With the rapid development of computer technology and the deepening of theoretical study on discrete element,it is possible to conduct numerical simulations of deep-hole grouting with the use of discrete element method. The mechanism of grouting is anslysed at first, and conduct numerical simulations of deep-hole grouting wit PFC2 D. The research content include five points in the following :(1)the application status and insufficient of deep-hole grouting in the current is researched;(2)research of deep-hole grouting is made in theory;(3)the possibility of the study with particle flow code is researched, and verification is made;(4) Calibration of mesoscopic parameters are made, and the relationship between grouting pressure and the scope of grout under different confining pressure;(5) Variation of soil stress and using quantity of grout during grouting in clay is researched.Particle flow code(PFC) is used in this study, combined with the analysis of the project cases in Beijing subway construction. The conclusion of injectability and the scope of deep-hole grouting are drew in the course of this study. Suggestions with practical significance for the design and construction of deep-hole grouting are made based on this study. The method and process of this study have guiding significance for the study of grouting and other question in rock and soil engineering.
