With the rapid development of highway construction engineering in China,due to the short service life of highway design and the surge in traffic volume,a large number of road engineering maintenance problems were brought.Pavement void caused by pavement cracks has become the main disease of road base,which has a serious impact on the road driving comfort and service life,and endangers the safety of vehicles and drivers.Trenchless treatment is a way to treat deep road diseases by minimally invasive technology,which has the advantages of short construction period,small construction influence scope and economy.In order to improve the construction efficiency and meet the requirements of large-scale construction,we need a kind of economical,green and durable grouting material.At present,there are few researches on the non-destructive detection identification technology of subgrade deep disease and the non-destructive detection method of grouting treatment effect at home and abroad.Therefore,it is of great significance and engineering value to carry out the research on Trenchless treatment materials,non-destructive detection and identification technology of highway deep diseases and subgrade splitting grouting test.Through the methods of material test,model test,numerical simulation and engineering test verification,the trenchless treatment technology of highway deep disease was studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The setting time,fluidity,stone rate,mechanical properties and frost resistance of rubber powder grouting material were studied by orthogonal test method by mixing traditional cement grouting material with rubber powder,fly ash and sodium bentonite.A mixture ratio of rubber powder grouting material was obtained,which was economical,environmental friendly and could meet the needs of Road grouting engineering in seasonal frozen area.(2)Through the GPR detection of a large number of deep road diseases in practical engineering,the GPR detection images of typical deep road diseases were studied by combining forward modeling with inversion.The imaging rules of GPR detection images of deep road diseases were obtained,and the feasibility of applying GPR Detection Technology in trenchless treatment of deep road diseases was verified.(3)The expansion radius formula of splitting grouting was obtained by indoor model test and multiple linear regression method.A finite element cohesive element model was established and the splitting grouting mechanism of road structural layer grouting was simulated by using the cohesive element method,The radius and width of the pulse were calculated when the grouting quantity is different,The results of calculation and field test were compared and analyzed,which has a certain reference value for the design of treatment scheme of pavement void disease splitting grouting. |
