Research On The Integrated Protection And Utilization For Germany And Japan Buildings In Fangzi

Owing a long history and vast territory, our country has a large number of architectural heritages, while the protection work for those heritages has a relatively late beginning than the Europe. Although great achievements have been done through years of efforts, there is still a long way to go for the cultural preservation field of our country. For example, the excessive exploration of tourism due to the unbalance between preservation and development, the lack of coordination and oversight mechanisms which lead to the separate operation of related stakeholders, resulting in the increasing of difficulty for protection, the damage to the environment and implementation of the heritage sites. Fangzi German and Japanese buildings, being announced as the national cultural heritage, also faces the problem of balance between protection and development, and the characteristics of its complexity makes it more difficult for the protection work, such as the number of management ownership that leads to more difficulties in coordination. In case of Fangzi German and Japanese buildings, this paper aims to carry on a study about how to guide the protection work on complex cultural heritages based on the principle of integrity.This paper is divided into four parts, and the details are as follows:The first part is to put forward the question, mainly analyzing the background, the meaning, the content and the methods, the relative concepts and the studying status both at home and abroad;The second part is the investigation and researching about Fangzi German and Japanese buildings, which is mostly about the basic situations, including the history of construction and some characteristics such as complexity, relevance and activation of heritages;The third part is to analyze the problems, summarizing the main problems that Fangzi German and Japanese buildings is facing and putting forward the overall protection strategy, including the prerequisite, the foundation and technical measures. Detail analysis is carried on about the technical measures, which gives a foreshadowing for the protection and development summed up in the fourth part;The fourth part is to solve the problems. Based on the integrity protection strategy mentioned in the third part, the operation methods and utilizing methods for exhibition about Fangzi German and Japanese buildings are respectively expounded in this part.
