Application Study On BTC-3 Functional Addmixture

In recent years,there are a large number of construction projects, the large number of construction projects consumes a lot of energy and resources and lead to the problem of resources in some area,the resources problem lead to the concrete slump loss fast and the concrete lack of strength and has poor durability.The tradition solution to those problem is to increase the dosage of water reducing agent or be compounded with retard components,but the higher dosage of plasticizer lead to the frequent concrete segregation bleeding,and continue to increase the dosage of the retard components can not enhance the effect,so nowadays in the practical engineering application need an admixtures which can slow concrete slump loss and increase the concrete strength.The BTC-3 functional admixture is mostly be BTC500 and BTC-2,the BTC-3 be using as an admixtures what can improve the concrete workability and increase the concrete strength and slow the concrete slump loss.Adding the BTC-3 can reduce the cement consumption and keep the concrete strength higher especially in the place where the concrete cement consumption is higher adding the BTC-3 can reduce the cement consumption and keep the concrete strength.Adding the BTC-3 can improve the qualitative of the concrete,improve the workability of the concrete and reduce the phenomenon of the frequent concrete segregation bleeding what is more adding BTC-3 is good for the durability of the conceete.The experimental results showed that:(1) The replacement rate of BTC500 is 50%,the strength and workability of the concrete is the best.(2)As the increasing of the BTC-3 during the scope of 0~1%,the fluidity of cement slurry is increase first then become small,so the best dosage of the BTC-3 is 0.6%.(3) The BTC-3 is good for the workability of the concete,and can reduce the slump loss of the concrete.(4)The strength of the concrete can increase 2~5MPa with the adding of the BTC-3,and the long-tern strength is best;In the case of the BTC-3 and the cement has good adaptability,can reduce 5%~9% cement dosage and use the BTC-3,can keep strength of the concrete.(5)The BTC-3 can make denser concrete,is good for the durability of the conceete.
