In the tide of market economy and maximize the benefit of the parties to the investment main body all want to achieve, all the funds focused on some projects with higher returns. Due to the lack of proposed projects prophase the technical and economic analysis and feasibility, caused the overestimate the benefits and underestimate investment phenomenon occurs frequently, resulting in the investment decision-making errors.Blind investment, leadership will, selfish departmentalism, caused the high repetition rate of industrial structure, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious and a series of problems, which brings a series of social problems. Gradually with the development of construction industry, the social from all walks of life to realize project prophase feasibility study directly relates to the success or failure of project decision-making, affect the investment benefit. Therefore, more attention paid to the engineering construction project feasibility study.Based on the construction project feasibility study as the theme, using theory analysis and practice proof, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, the method of the combination of zhuhai engineering instance analysis and study of a systematic, scientific and reasonable conclusions are drawn. This paper studies the main contents are:(1) from the meaning of construction project feasibility study, train of thought, content and basic steps, etc., this paper expounds the construction project feasibility study of scientific theory and method;(2) from the project general situation, natural conditions and development planning, industrial policy and industry admittance analysis of operation environment of the project are analyzed in detail, demonstrates the feasibility of the construction of the project;(3)supporting project planning and design, engineering design, environmental and ecological impacts and resource conservation and comprehensive utilization ofresources and so on has carried on the technical feasibility analysis to the project,demonstrates the feasibility of the project is technically;(4) from the project investment estimation, social benefits and risk analysis, etc., has carried on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of projects.Results of this study have been in practical engineering application, and achieve the desired effect, has been recognized by investors, and provide some reference for the construction of similar projects, with great practical significance.
