Recently,concrete continuous box girder bridge has been widely used at home and abroad,and its advantages are: beautiful appearance,safe and reliable.After Years of using,there will be a variety of diseases inside the bridges,hence the study of bridge reinforcement has become a hot topic.With the process of bridge reinforcement,the construction process is becoming more and more complex,so the importance of monitoring the strengthening process of the bridge is even more prominent.Reinforcement needs to be carried out by structural simulation analysis,construction monitoring,analysis and effectively organized management.The construction monitoring can ensure not only the linear and stress state of the bridge are basically in line with the design requirements but also the quality and safety of the bridge,which plays an important role in the modern bridge construction.To ensure the safe operation of the bridge and extend its safe service life as far as possible,the quality appraisal and evaluation of the bridge should be carried out.The so-called bridge appraisal and assessment,is to survey the overall of the bridge and its components for inspection,understanding,inspection,testing,analysis.Sometimes,bridge detection needs to pass the relevant test about its disease,damage degrees,damage and damage causes,carrying capacity,function and the ability to make a normal operation and so on to make a clear knot.At the same time,according to the results of the detection then give the corresponding measures and maintenance reinforcement suggestions for the owners.In this paper,combined with the engineering background of the JingHang Canal Bridge in Jining,Shandong,the reinforcement scheme for the bridge is proposed by comparing the reinforcement method.After the implementation of the reinforcement scheme,we can finally determine the effect of bridge reinforcement according to the actual bearing capacity of the bridge before and after reinforcement of the difference.There will be some problems in the external prestressing reinforcement construction process of the concrete continuous box girder bridge,in order to ensure the safety of the construction process and the shape of the bridge during the construction process,it is necessary to monitor the construction process.Combined with the monitoring of the reinforcement construction of the JingHang Canal Bridge in Jining,Shandong,which monitored three aspects in elevation,stress and temperature and then discussed the control measures.External prestressing technology is a very effective method of reinforcement,the principle of reinforcement about prestressed system of external prestressed bridge after using tensile forces of prestressed pull produced to control the offset section and all the dead and live load.The nature of which is to unload the control section of structure.External prestressed reinforcement can improve and adjust the stress state of the original structure,meanwhile,improve the bearing capacity and the ability of crack resisting,which lays very small impact on the pier,foundation,other structures and bridge traffic,which can also save the maintenance cost.In this paper,through the engineering example,the detection of Jining Shandong,JingHang canal bridge,external prestressing reinforcement and bridge reinforcement construction monitoring.
