Characteristics and advantage of air suspension are outstanding, air suspension vehicle riding comfort and security of the general suspension has improved significantly, compared the air suspension system is the market potential of the suspension system. The topic of this paper is derived from the application project of Chong-Qing science and technology commission, according to the main research content of the project, in combination with the practical parameters of vehicle, for a certain type of air suspension vehicle front suspension are studied.In this paper, according to the real vehicle parameters of a company, established the 3 d model in CATIA, used ADAMS and CATIA data interface, to lead the 3 d model into ADAMS, frame and axle multi-body dynamics model is established; according to the manufacturer to provide air spring, air spring model is established depended on the relationship between height and load, and then according to the manufacturer to provide parameters of shock absorber, shock absorber model is established. Then the frame, axle, air spring, shock absorber assembly into a model of the chassis.According to the national standard of vehicle handling stability simulation analysis, combined with trial production coach,compared with the experimental results, verifies the correctness of the model.The model simulation, studied the lateral yaw steering, the Nominal the Best design of G.Taguchi robust design method is used, do parameter design for the guidance mechanism, obtained a new parameter combination made the quality of output characteristic is relatively stable, namely the new guidance mechanism spatial location. Without considering the error, using the orthogonal design method, carries on the simulation research,analysis the four parameters of the articles involved how influence on the quality of output characteristic and the trend of affect.In the same factors, factors level under the same conditions, analysis the carriages roll, using smaller-the-better parameters design method to do the parameter design for guiding mechanism, got the relatively small roll Angle and the relatively stable output quality characteristic parameter combination. Also analyzed involved parameters how influence the quality of the output characteristic. Influence significance of all four parameters is consistent on the roll Angle and on steering characteristics.Analyses the driving stability, used the Nominal the Best parameter design method, to reduce the amount of braking nod, as the purpose of the guidance mechanism for parameter design, obtained the parameter combination of guidance mechanism. Also analyzed involved parameters how influence the quality of the output characteristic of and affect the trend.To have suitable under-steer trend, smaller roll Angle, small amount of braking nodded as the target of multi-objective optimization for the design, using comprehensive analysis as main method, and G.Taguchi robust design as minor method, using the influence of various parameters on the performance, to multi-objective optimization design. Obtained parameter combination under the multi-objective. Simulation the optimized model, compared the results before and after optimization, and it showed that the performance improvement.
