In order to improve the vehicle running stability and ride comfort of passengers,the high-speed vehicles secondary suspension usually use air spring which is softer than the traditional rigid spring.But the stiffness of air spring is relatively low,so is the anti-rolling performance.When the vehicle through the curve at a high speed,the roll motion is particularly significant.Then the carbody profile may beyond limits,or even derail when serious,which will affect the safety of vehicle operation.Therefore, the anti-rolling torsion bar is used in most of the high-speed vehicles to increase the anti-rolling performance of vehicles both at home and abroad.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of anti roll bar in the CRH5 high-speed train in detail.And using SIMPACK to establish the simplified and the complete dynamic anti roll bar model. Introduced the structure and model nonlinear link of CRH5.Described high speed Motor train dynamic index and related evaluation standard in detail.Then comparative analysis the dynamic effect of simplified and complete modeling in this test Qin Shen track spectrum excitation through high speed vehicle serpentine stability, straight running stability and security, stability and safety of the curve.A detailed analysis of influence of the anti roll bar for high-speed vehicle actual critical speed, stable operation and safety in the straight line, curve conditions.Respectively analysis the dynamic performance when there is a anti roll bar and when there is not have one.And discussion the influence of the stiffness. Then calculate CRH5 single empty and heavy vehicle flexibility coefficient and analysis the influence of anti rolling torsion bar on the compliance coefficient.Finally, comprehensive considering the secondary suspension characteristic parameters with the anti-rolling bar stiffness, and there impact on dynamic performance of high speed vehicle.Through the research of CRH5 anti-roll bar device,we have known the influence of anti roll bar on high-speed vehicle dynamics performance.
