The monitoring and evaluation of high-speed railway subgrade settlement after construction is an important means to ensure the long-term safety, comfort and operation of train. In severe cold area, there is a higher requirement for the roadbed settlement monitoring along the railway line with seasonal frozen soil characteristics, particularly in the detection accuracy and stability etc. The construction of the monitoring system and the implementation of automation has very important significance. For example, the staff will be liberated from harsh environment, the stability of the system will be improved and the development of railway subgrade construction will be promoted.According to the detection principle and index requirements of subgrade settlement,and combined with the practical application environment, this article uses 16 bit processor MC9S12XS128 produced by Freescale Semiconductor In as the core control chip, uses sensitive silicon Piezoresistive pressure sensor as measuring devices. The detection device of subgrade settlement of this topic development is on the basis of the principle of base level measurement and current situation and actual of settlement detection. This article uses VC++6.0 to design PC monitoring center, with remote communication to construct a remote monitoring system for subgrade settlement of high speed railway.This paper according to f the mechanical structure, the hardware principle and software realization to design the system, and finally, to realization the remote monitoring function of subgrade settlement. In order to calibrate the data detection device, this topic set up calibration platform in the laboratory and combined with the actual parameters and the computer. Besides, this paper classified the acquisition value of data acquisition equipment, established the relationship between the measured value and the true value, pushed out compensation model. Then, using the least square method to process measured data simply in order to get accurate settlement data in practical application.Finally, Through the combination of hardware and software, this topic debugged each module of the system. Through the experiment, the article analysis the effect of different environment on measurement. The test results show that, the system is stable, measuring accuracy is high, data transmission is accurate. It meets the requirements of the subject. The detection system can be put into practical application.
