In the CCD vertical target testing system, Correctly calibration the system parameter guarantee with the accuracy measurement of the bullets’position. This thesis has analysed the methods of single linger CCD vertical target, based on the theory of linger CCD’s optical imaging and set up the mathematic model of this system. Presenting a calibration model of this vertical target. Research on the calibration of parameter and choice the most suitable methods.Via study the principle of single linger CCD vertical target, according to the optical imaging theory. We have been set up the mathematic models, considering the parameters which have been greatly influence the testing results. Including the position of bullet’s sub-point and the lens main point, laser position,camera angel and the position of the preimage of the reflective film. When we use the essence array which belongs to the self-calibration can establish the pixel coordinate system and the world coordinate system. After through the ratio can calibration the radial direction and tangential coefficient. Based on the imaging principle and the relationship between bullet’s sub-point. We can separately calibration the camera lens main point, laser position, camera angel and the position of the reflective film. By using a linger CCD camera, line laser method and L-style reflective film construct the experiment platform, proceed the calibration experiment and analysis the arithmetic of the bullet’s sub-point centroid. We have been analysised a large number of the bullet’s projecting drawing, use the shadow method extract the target and discuss the noise character of the image and the methods to curb it.By substitudly use the centroid of bullets’double sub-point and the complete calibration of parameter in the of this single linger CCD vertical target. When the surface of this target is lm x lm, the distinction between the target sheet value and the mathematic calculate value is less than 5mm, meet the requirements of the task. Settle some theory foundations of the engineering single linger CCD vertical target in the near future.
