| With the growth of population and the acceleration of urbanization, traffic congestion in city has become a prominent problem of traffic system. The middle-low speed maglev train has advantages of high safety, high comfort, low noise, strong adaptability of lines and so on, so it has favorable developmental foreground in Urban Rail Transit. China has actively engaged in the research and development of maglev technology, master the relevant technology. The minimum length of grade section has an important effect on passengers’comfort and running stability, so it is necessary to carry on the dynamics simulation analysis, and provide the basis for the middle-low speed maglev railway technical standard.Firstly, analyze the key technology of speed maglev and forces on train and suspension frame; establish the middle-low speed maglev vehicles-lines dynamics model by using SIMPACK. At the same time, through the method of determining the wheel-rail railway profile parameters, we get the minimum radius of vertical curve, minimum clamping slope length and minimum length of grade section of middle-low speed maglev line.Then set different vertical section parameters, simulation maglev vehicle’s dynamic response in different conditions. The simulation results:(1)In the influence of vertical curve radius:the radius of vertical curve from 1500m to 4000m, with the increase of the radius, the indexes decreased obviously.(2)In the influence of algebraic difference between adjacent gradients:the maglev train’s decreases with increases. When algebraic difference between adjacent gradients reaches 15%o and above, the vertical vibration acceleration amplitude is basically no change, which means that vertical acceleration produced at the start of vertical curve had attenuated and don’t superpose with the vibration acceleration produced at the end of vertical curve.(3)In the influence of slope length,40m is the dividing line, when it less than 40m, the vertical acceleration amplitude had significant changes; when it more than 40m, amplitude had no obvious change. |
