Abstract/Summary:
Along with the rapid development of China’s economy, social demand for public transport is continuously increasing,as a means of transportation with the characteristic of large capacity, safety, energy saving, environmental protection and economic, rail transit has great significance for the country construction and the people’s lives. Following the 2008 completion of the line of Beijing-Tianjin,which is the first high-speed rail, in the past seven years, there are 28 of the 31 provinces in mainland China have a comprehensive coverage of High-speed Rail line. In 2014, high-speed railway operating mileage up to 16000 kilometers, it is 60 percent of the world. EMU technology is the key technology for high-speed rail development. With the increase of the speed of EMU the requirements of braking system performance quality become higher, and it has great significance to study the Safety, stability and comfort of braking system for EMU operation. Testing is an important means to study the braking system, testing with the Test Rig has the characteristics of low cost and high efficiency, In the process of the braking system research and production; the test rig can simulate the process of real braking process, verify the feasibility of the braking program and test the performance of the braking system.This paper selected the EMU braking test rig of Southwest Jiao Tong University as the research object, studied the structure、function and working principle of braking test rig in depth, analyzed three kinds of braking control strategy. Programing for braking test, the simulation model of braking is established. Obtained simulation model whose operating characteristics consistent with the actual braking test by comparing of test results, the single vehicle braking is simulated and tested. The 2M2T train unit braking system simulation model is established, and 2M2T train unit braking system working process is simulated and tested.Based on the working principle and structure of the braking system, focus on the working principle and structure of the direct-acting braking control unit, and the key component includes EP valves, relay valves, empty heavy valves is tested, the simulation model of each component by AMESim software is established. Comparison of test results, modify the model parameters, the simulation models whose operating characteristics consistent with the actual test results is obtained.Three kind of braking system control program is researched, the control characteristic of energy saving program, energy saving - equally abrasion program, energy saving comfort are analyzed, the working parameters of braking system is analyzed, single vehicle braking system simulation model is established, conducted Single-vehicle braking system test, the test and simulation results are analyzed.Relevant test research is conducted with the application of Ether network on brake system, the 2M2T train unit is connected to the network with the star Shape network structure. Communication of CCU and 4 BCUs is programed, simulation and test of 2M2T train unit braking system working process is conducted. Comparative analysis of simulation and test results, simulation models operating characteristics is consistent with the actual test. The research results can be used to improve performance of the test rig and develop new braking system.
