In the modern botanical garden afforestation, due to the interference of human factors, the community whether structure, or the number of species and other characteristics, has the very big difference with the natural community, for example the sense of hierarchy is not obvious and the community structure is unstable. The construction ecology landscape forest, construction of near natural plant community, to build a stable, maintain ecological balance, is the trend of the development of the landscape. Under this background, this article conducts the research to the Baiyun Mountain, Nan K unshan natural secondary forest in Heishiding and plant characteristics, analysis of the influence of community structure and community structure of microhabitats, has certain enlightenment to the botanical garden planting design. Simulating natural community and constructing a typical stable artificial landscape plant community can provide a reference for city landscape plant configuration.In this paper, based on the research of artificial interference in the secondary forest in Baiyun Mountain and Nan K unshan and Heishiding natural secondary forest, with different areas of micro environment as the main investigation clues, select a different elevation, slope, slope site survey, in the selected area as the research object, through the data collection, processing and analysis method, data sampling survey the zonal, summary illumination, micro topography and branching characteristics are important factors of community construction, it will be applied to the design of garden plant,discussion on the selection and construction of near natural plant community structure, considering the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of light, branch, miao ling, tree spacing and other factors, to extract the typical plant community mode, draw the planting design plan. The main research results are as follows:1 The characteristics in Baiyun Mountain, Nankunshan and Heishiding within the survey area has recorded 180 species of vascular plants and lower units, belonging to 97 families,132 genera, which pteridophyte 6 families, 8 genera 12 species unit, 2 families, 2 genera and 2 speciees of gymnosperms, 89 families, 122 genera, 166 species of angiosperm and kinds of units.2 The characteristics of community type and structure in Bai Yunshan,Nan kunshan and Hei shiding.
