With the rapid development of auto industry, the domestic car ownership continues to increase. Which intensifies the contradictions between the insufficient number of parking Spaces and the increasing number of cars. Although traditional parking space(e.g., the ground parking lot, elevated the parking garage and general underground parking garage) could to ease parking difficult problem on a certain extent, its each have its disadvantages. So people began to explore more suitable for the current forms of parking garage and cave type parking equipment is produced in such an environment.In this paper, through an instance of solid carport in Chongqing, contrast cave type parking equipment with land utilization rate,construction period, vehicle access ease and cost of other general garage. And draw a conclusion that the cave type parking equipment is suitable for the formation lithology well, large number of vehicles and can be used for a little parking area.Through the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the cave type parking equipment for the excavation of the main structure of three kinds of working condition, the difference of three kinds of working conditions for the concrete lining thickness is different. respectively are 0.6 m, 0.8 m, 0.4 m. And concluded from the size of the relationship among their respective deformation, displacement, stress value under different excavation conditions, and hope to be able to as a reference for practical engineering.In this paper,doing the attached structure design of cave type parking equipment,We expound mainly from three aspects: the fire prevention, ventilation and smoke exhaust and power supply. From which we can see that there is its obvious differences of the three-dimensional garage attached structure design compared with other general buildings or structures of the accessory design. The main reason is that the cave type stereo garage was built under the surface, and located in the relatively prosperous area, so its requirements are often higher.In addition, the automatic control system of the cave try parking equipment is a large difference between its and other garage. It is because of the cave type parking equipment automatic control system, so can be able to realize automatic access of vehicles, and it takes very little. And garage automatic control system, it is a worth field for us to study and improvement.The main advantages of cave type parking equipment are :high land utilization rate, short construction period, the vehicle access convenient and less time-consuming, small impact on the environment and location advantages, such as flexible. Also has its own shortcoming of course, Such as capital cost is higher, the construction difficulty is relatively large, so to a certain extent. and also limits the development of three-dimensional garage. Therefore, although the prospect of development of cave solid carport is better, there are still some problems worth studying.
