With rapid socio-economic development, the increase in traffic volumes and vehicle load, more and more highways have been damaged, and built one after another in the 90 ’s has entered a period of great, repair of Expressway, the current highway maintenance mode for removed or covered, again paving a new road. Removed material being discarded, which portion of the asphalt outside the aging, function of sand and other materials still exist. A lot of digging and milling of asphalt mixture of environmental pollution caused by abandoned, on the energy crisis became an important issue facing the world. In this context, recycled mixture for old asphalt pavement repetition, is particularly important. Cold in-place recycling technique for asphalt pavement was late in the 1980 of the 20 th century, cold milling process on the basis of the rapid development of new technology that has become the method of road maintenance and reconstruction all over the world.Firstly, recycled asphalt pavement(RAP) recovery and determination of the asphalt, through screening, determine the gradation curve of old material and stone performance. Meanwhile, the tests used in the performances of emulsified asphalt, cement and aggregates were determined. Then, based on the modified test method for Marshall mix design, in cleavage strength, Marshall stability and flow value, compressive strength and void ratio as an index, considering the amount of mixture of cement and emulsified asphalt, amount and the total water consumption of old material to determine the optimum mix ratio.Study on cleavage strength of influence of various factors, effects of emulsified asphalt, cement, and water, for orthogonal experimental design and analysis the various factors on the effects of cold recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt splitting strength significantly. Variance of the results by using SPSS software, determine the significant levels of each factor and the levels of effect size.The test conditions of temperature is 5℃, 15 ℃ and 20 ℃conditions, make indirect tensile fatigue test for regenerating mixtures, analysis of different content of emulsified asphalt, cement the influence of two factors on indirect tensile fatigue test results. Principles of statistics to analyze the indirect tensile fatigue test proposed equation and its fatigue life prediction model of asphalt reclaiming mixture fatigue performance. At the last, to comprehensive consideration of various factors, amendment of the fatigue test and estimate scientific and rational equations, translated into actual fatigue life of pavements, and recommend tensile strength structure coefficient of reclaimed asphalt mixture.
