| In modern society the asphalt pavement are wildly used in structures of everygrade road because of its own superiority. But now the situation of vehicles overweightare increasingly serious, the pavement surface fatigue has become one of the mainroad damage under the joint action both in bad weather conditions and automobilewheel load. It is of high value to study the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture andimprove the fatigue resistance performance of asphalt mixture which can prolong theservice life of the road.The research of this paper is used to avoid the cracking of the fatigue and make theasphalt pavement structure design more reasonable and more in line with the growth oftraffic demand through the fatigue test of asphalt mixture with the further analysis ofasphalt pavement materials fatigue law. The experiment chooses three distribution inthe asphalt mixture specimens which are the AC-25, AC-13and AC-20through theMarshall test mixture ratio design to ensure the best asphalt content of the three asphaltmixture specimens. By Marshall test instruments made into standard specimens, Makeits are splitting strength in the10℃,15℃,20℃,30℃four temperature, perform theindirect tensile fatigue test in different stress and under the above four temperature.Loading frequency for2Hz, ensure the fatigue life of the asphalt mixture under thedifferent temperature and different stress ratio. Finally, obtain the stress fatigueequation and draw the corresponding stress fatigue curve, deduced the strain fatigueequation and fatigue curve by the transformation of the loading process and analysisthe influence of mixture fatigue performance by the change of related coefficient inthe fatigue equation.Analysis of influence of asphalt mixture fatigue life by frequency when loading thefrequency change for5Hz and10Hz.The asphalt mixture of fatigue performance isbetter the the frequency is greater. |
