With the demands of the rapid development of society and the increasing construction of long-span bridge models, Green construction and sustainable development are put forward to bridge construction requirements. It has been widely recognized that this method concretes girder segment processing and maintenance in the factory and ships to the construction site and assemble. The method has reduced the workload of field wet operations, improved the construction speed, reduced the pollution of the environment and promoted the informationization of bridge construction, mechanization, industrialization level. This kind of technology is accord with standard of green energy-saving environmental protection and sustainable development.Through a lot of reading literature, this paper understands and introduces the main construction method of modern girder and its construction characteristics, and furthers to the characteristics of different methods, advantages and disadvantages, conditions of use for the integrated contrast. In-depth study the precast segmental linear control design, the main girder segments, the length of the concrete proportioning design and maintenance, lifting scheme selection, joint technology of optimization, the key technology such as design and optimization, this paper expounds the long-span concrete cable-stayed bridge girder construction process of prestressed assembly technology and key technology.On this basis, this text relies on the Bingcaogang Jinshajiang Bridge to study of long-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge of concrete beams prestressed assembly technology and construction method. It will be of importance in guiding the similar project’s design and construction. Studied the reasonable length of the period of precast segmental bridge design, precast girder segments linear, precast joint structure design and transportation plan; Also for the purpose of this bridge cantilever construction process of segmental hoisting and driving mode, integrated linear control cable, precast joint construction technology, elevation control, cable force adjustment of the construction process are studied and summarized; The application of Midas Civil modeling software to Cable-stayed bridge part of the BingCao Gang Jinshajiang bridge assembly process simulation and analysis, and verify its feasibility, applicability and economy. To bridge the linear and the consistency of the cable force and the corresponding design value contrast is adopted in this paper show that the prestressed assembly key technology and theory is correct. It provides the design and construction of similar projects in the valuable experience.
