With the construction of the rapid development and growing traffic construction of China’s economy, the bridge gradually transferred from inland to coastal development, cross-sea bridge in the process of affected maritime coastal construction, may appear typhoons, rainstorms, tsunamis and other weather disasters, which also led to higher bridge structure against the wind and rain of the impact of anti-requirements, in order to ensure the security of the coastal areas of the bridge and driving comfort, so weather conditions survey and research coastal anti bridge wind and anti-rain effect is necessary. In this paper, by Xiazhang Bridge in different weather conditions of wind and rain vibration coupling response analysis. Around this subject matter, the main contents and arguments are as follows:First, the paper briefly introduces the development of domestic and foreign cable-stayed bridge, and the trend of modern cable-stayed bridge to make summary. It describes the combined effects of wind and rain cable-stayed bridge in the background and significance of research, combined with structural engineering combined effects of wind and rain at home and abroad in the vibration of the status quo, the need to study the combined effects of wind and rain cable-stayed bridge vibration response of discovery.Second,first introduced in the form of wind and rain, and intrinsic parameters of the wind and rain parameters, then the combined effect of wind and rain field simulation analysis, changes in air density and wind driven rain intensity model.Three, through the signal acquisition preprocessing of data errors, data interference removed to obtain reliable data.
