With the rapid development of architecture in recent years. In order to make the building stable, which have high requirements of stability and shock resistance of the foundation. The soil is compacted by vibrator, which has become the major construction machinery of modern architectural, coupling soil effectively has become the research at home and abroad. The characteristics of soil is non-linear and a non-continuum.Physical properties of soil is analyzed thesis: the soil mechanics, and the compaction performance, the soil of three-phase indexes are related to the compaction of the indexes is analyzed. The Drucker-Prager model is selected as soil dynamic constitutive model, which is built on the basis of generalized Mises yield criterion, considering hydrostatic pressure.The 75 KW vibrator is the research object, the main structure and working principle of the vibrator is introduced, then the mechanical vibrator is conducted,vibration compaction mathematical model and dynamics equation is obtained,the relationship between mechanical vibrator acceleration and soil compaction.By analyzing the process of vibrator compacting soil, that plastic deformation of the soil is larger, so ignoring the soil deformation to simplify the dynamic analysis of vibrator is found. In order to deeply study the vibrator device motion mechanism, vibrator working condition and structure analysis,extracting its main structural parameters. Based on reasonably simplifying dynamics model of the vibrator, its working process of vibrator is divided into three stages,which is studied respectively, the dynamics models is set up, and obtaining the dynamic equation of the vibrator each working stage. Analytic expression of the system equations is solved.The vibrator structure and the specific size of each structure is gotten, the three-dimensional modeling of the vibrator is established by Soild Works. The 3D model of the whole vibrator is obtained by the surface and surface of each structure.The water spray through injection pipe. High pressure water hasinfluence on top, which fluid and top is generated complex flow. The phenomenon by ANSYS FSI analysis, the vibrator’s stress is got. The analysis results for the structure of vibrator top and maintenance has guiding significance.It is necessary to simplify the vibrator’s 3D model. Defining material properties, mesh, constraint mode, the model analysis of vibrator is carried out by ANSYS, obtaining its first six order natural frequencies and mode shape. so as to get the vibrator at work which part will produce resonance, it makes the vibrator in the subsequent working to avoid the resonance frequency, it can improve the life of the vibrator.Finally, the coupling of the vibrator with model of soil is studied by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, in the LS-PREPOST post-processing Software visualization post-processing, the equivalent stress distribution, contact force, vibrator and force, vibrator and soil is obtained.
