Abstract/Summary:
In actual engineering, often caused by a lack of shear section in the design of coupling beam and cause the phenomenon of super reinforced, and some equipment pipes need through the coupling beam, that leads to connect beams slit or open hole processing, namely double beam component. Thus we need to study the influence factors of mechanical performance about the double beam.First to wall segments of the double beam finite element simulation analysis of elastic state, including even the beam span ratio are drawn, and even the beam section height, slit size three factors affect the performance of the double beam stress level; In addition to the current hot issues in the field of double beam is also a difficult problem, namely the equivalent problem of coupling beam are introduced in detail, including equivalent shear stiffness, bending stiffness equivalent current, lateral stiffness equivalent resistance, rotation stiffness equivalent, and the above four equivalent methods did the most consistent with the actual double beam equivalent finite element simulation analysis comparison, is the equivalent resistance to lateral stiffness is obtained and the actual double even the closest equivalent method, finally has carried on the double beam reinforcement and reinforcement generally the beam wall limb low reversed cyclic loading test analysis, from the hysteresis characteristics, strength and energy dissipation double beam are compared with those of the three aspects generally the beam wall limb stress performance, further proves the advantages of double beam structure. In this paper, the main content for the part of finite element simulation analysis and experiments, with finite element analysis software Ansys as a basic tool, model, from the model of stress distribution, beam cross section of bending moment, shear force, axial force and maximum displacement of the vertices five aspects has carried on the comparison and analysis; Experimentation is a supplement to the in front of the finite element analysis, more close to the actual situation. A series of conclusions for future engineering practice and the structure design provides some reference opinions.
