| The instrument of anti-counterfeiting fibers fluorescence detecting is a multisystem, which includs circuit and optical path. Their stable are the foundation to realize the correct detection. The components and modules’ improved provide a guarantee to enhance the optimization for the instrument. At present, study on optimization of anti-counterfeiting fiber of fluorescence detecting instrument using fluorescence as a detection object, it hasn’t been matured at all. Therefore, based on research results from home and abroad, two studies had done: explored the design theory of the anti-counterfeiting detecting instrument at home and abroad, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages; according to the specific situation of anti-counterfeiting fiber fluorescence detecting instrument, a detail analysis and practical performance optimization were completed. Then introduce the genetic algorithm, complete the wavelength calibration.The following studies had done:One, Design of anti-counterfeiting fiber fluorescence detector performance scheme optimization, analyzed the fluorescence detection requirements, select the appropriate topic fluorescence detector. Analysis of several optical structures used to determine the structure of the optical system, the optical system is designed to select the optical components suitable, such as: the grating, a collimator lens, an imaging lens, a light guide optical fiber, optical design is completed.Two, on the basis of previous studies, based on actual research needs to existing technology indicators, redesigned hardware circuit security fibers detection system. The study includes: CCD drive circuit, signal processing circuit, data acquisition and storage circuit, interface circuit and PCB plate.Three, according to the functional of the system, preliminary completed the software design of the system. Combination with SCM and FPGA, achieve the CCD drive most simplified. Use microcontroller and C, completed the design of control software, data acquisition and other functions. Comprehensive optimization software, making the operation more stable.Four, finished the whole system’s design, and completed the results of the tests’ analysis and comparison. On the basis of the correct system, the advice of system’s performance and furthers’ optimization had been given. The results showed that the optimization device should complete with the follows major technical indicators, and which have been improved: The spectral range: 450~600nm; resolution: 2nm; the speed of dynamic detection up to 204 times/min, this had more than doubled since; accuracy of wavelength detection: 98.5%; accuracy of half width detection: 92.8%. |
